Hey 1poopeaterm, First on your line you put a knot that slides up and down your line…that is what you set the depth with. Then after the knot you put a tiny bead and then the float. You can buy the knots and beads at usually any bait store. I fish like this all the time and its killer. Hope this helps.

At the time 2:10 I like that slip bobber its a “Center Slide” Best float for casting from shore.

yup, this is a great way to fish for walleyes. one of my favorites other than the original lindy rig which hasw the sliding sinker.

I forgot to mention, if you catch and release you should handle them with gloves so less of their slime coat is removed.
